Material Introduction: EVA Lotte Chemical VA900 is EVA resin with VA content 28% and melt index up to 150 g/10min. High melt index delivers excellent melt flowability. It features outstanding adhesiveness, flexibility, oxidation resistance and environmental‑friendly performance, especially suitable for hot‑melt adhesive fields requiring rapid wetting and bonding.

Main Applications

Hot‑melt adhesives: Core application. ‑Book‑binding hot‑melt adhesive: perfect binding for books and magazines. ‑Packaging hot‑melt adhesive: carton sealing, food packaging, assembly of disposable articles. ‑Other bonding applications: furniture edge‑banding etc.

Hot‑melt Adhesive Processing Melt‑mixing Temperature 150‑180℃ normally Strict temperature control! Avoid long‑time high‑temperature residence (generally ≤4 h), to prevent oxidative degradation (yellowing, viscosity drift, pungent odor).
  Application Temperature Adjust by formula, normally 160‑190℃ Temperature shall guarantee good flowability and wettability of hot‑melt adhesive, meanwhile avoid overheating.
